Welcome to Careville. By accessing our website or utilizing our elder care and home nursing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Careville provides senior residency care, home nurse visits, physiotherapy, and medical coordination services. All medical care is delivered under standard operating procedures and in coordination with qualified practitioners.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate medical histories, health conditions, and emergency contact details for the elders in our care. It is the family's responsibility to ensure prescription medicines are updated and available.

3. Donations & Sponsorship

All sponsorships and donations (such as meal sponsorships, medical support, utilities) are utilized directly for resident welfare. Donations are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Careville ensures maximum care, vigilance, and safety, we are not liable for natural health deteriorations or unforeseen medical events beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
